Transforming a Victorian Home in Central London

Our clients purchased this 4 storey, Victorian, end of terrace home, to settle into central London and raise a family. They required a practical, unique, elegant and safe design to renovate the entire property.

We reconfigured the layout to include a dressing room and ensuite to the master bedroom, whilst Sai at Sai Interiors, designed every room with a different style and transformed the childrens bedroom and playroom into a comfortable and personal space.

The staircase connecting 3 floors had a large void through the middle with a risky handrail that was set too low. When inspected further the 2nd floor of the property was uneven and had a difference of 16cm from one side to the other. This required structural modification and a new staircase. The new design allowed the void to be made smaller and the handrail to be replaced and raised. The result was stunning!

The journey was smooth and handled with professionalism, after relocating to the UK and taking on a large renovation it was important to have a contractor whom provided a design and build service with experience.
