Family Business

Two brothers, Marius and Ovidiu, established Progressive design in 2010. As fourth generation builders, expertise in construction is embedded in their identity and they pride themselves on attention to detail, whilst building relationships as well as homes for life.

We have a team of 15+ qualified employees who carry out the predominant works on each project and have a preferred list of specialists who provide bespoke services. All of our employees share the passion and work ethics passed down from Marius & Ovidiu.

We build trust from the get-go and breathe life into the vision of your New Home. We engage with our clients and ensure we understand their concept and way of living before we start a project. By laying the groundwork from the start, it builds up our confidence that what we produce is fully aligned with what you want and envision. Any challenges coming along the way can always be overcome by collaborating in problem solving.

The Progressive Design team are driven and organised to ensure each individual project is personalised to the client. The ethics and loyalty of each team member is the same and they strive for the same goal. We have high expectations each and every day.

Throughout your journey with us, your questions are always considered and discussed. We are always happy to answer preliminary questions in our first face to face consultation, as well as throughout the build. We like to ensure that every person involved in each project is knowledgeable at each stage. For this communication is key. We are transparent from the first point of contact and we have a devoted client care team who are there to assist throughout the whole journey.

We Listen

Our main clientele consists of people who are building their homes to live in and we maintain an open communication with virtually all of our previous clients. Our previous experience and their feedback honed our skills and helped us gain an understanding of how and when our assistance is needed along the way. We will talk you through living in your home before the start of your build and how to maintain it from the day we hand over the keys.

Our Commitment

We are fully insured and offer guarantees on all of our work. We are approved installers for majority of the products we install. Various products come with various warranties which we will always honour.

In our contract we outline the work to be done, start date and intended completion date, detailed costings for labour and materials, schedule of works and payment, health and safety procedures, hours of work, site security, disposal of waste arrangements and workplace standards. With both contract we offer a personalised Gantt chart to help manage your project. This chart highlights the critical stages throughout your project and with the help of our client care team we will ensure you are ready at each stage.
